Domaine de Bachellery Sauvignon Blanc 2003, Pays d'Oc

A classic Sauvignon Blanc, crisp, racy with vividly bright flavours and tremendous character for a wine of this calibre. On the nose there are hints of gooseberries and green fruit flavours which carry on to the palate. It's ultra refreshing and immensely drinkable with or without food.
